After all this time why would Davies put out that PR if something was not signed? He would have to know he would be chancing severe prison time wouldn't he? Then to come back with the reply today which is on their website that SRGE will not back down is mindboggling. I am only holding 100k shares now but find these past couple days a complete circus. Something is up and I do not know which company it is right now. I realize the difference between each companies size and prescence but man this is messed up. I still am sure a SRGE book needs to come out but the last couple chapters are not ready to be printed imo.
