is there any credible sources in panama? I thought you said they were all politically motivated. It seems foreign reporters that report on Panama often get kicked out of the country. Maybe there is no such thing as factual rpeorting on Panama. There's that banana republic thing again.

I'm not shorting PTQ but I am also not "in" either so there is your chance to paint me as someone angling for cheap shares. I just wish I knew what cheap shares were with PTQ. Facts are few and far between from PTQ and Panama. Everyone is always spinning the story the way they want.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people end up in jail. Judge, jury and executioner all sit in one hand. Oops there's that banana republic thing again.

I actually would be in PTQ at this point for a swing trade with the forthcoming positive news (at least that is is what we hope and that it does not come with any bad news like dilution or delays). But I am staying out until POG shows it is not going to retest 1550 and the markets are not going to retreat on fiscal cliff or debt ceiling woes.
