IF they can prove they did NO WRONG to the SEC then they may have a chance to survive......SEC gives 10 days for the CEO to reply back....a letter is sent to him......

so for 10 days ur dead in the water......unless a miracle happens.....so he better have 100% signed contracts.....and all his ducks in a row.....or he and SRGE are toast......sorry bro
