I agree Tibby, BUT I also believe that if MSX would get the northern tailing operations rolling you know what would happen?
Barrick would be doing their best on that front to tie that project into litigation over nothing, but none the less try their best to clamp it down so no money or cashflow to MSx, that is a no brainer, I am not defending this to any stretch just saying if MSX has steady income that would pay for litigation v Barrick, well how do you think that would go over.
The fact the money is still being raised for the END GAME in Chile shows that MSX has the goods or these would not happen, things take a while in Court so hold on to your your hat, watch the nay sayers say otherwise, the truth will come out one day, hopefully sooner then later and certainly before the MSX AGM.
