HOLDING! MISCOMUNICATION BETWEEN SRGE AND KINROSS!! The Kinross employee who signed off on the release could be in some hot water with KINROSS!! Sounds like a contract was signed and The Kinross employee that signed off in trouble!! LOOKING FOR CLARIFACATION IN THE AM!!

Think about what you have posted - a mid-level employee is going to be given the authority to consummate a $500 million dollar deal with the legal department vetting the documents - only in SRGEland.

There was no contract signed - Kinross didn't know of SRGE before this morning when they were inundated with requests to verify a JV deal.

The only clarification will be a much more sternly worded denial and then they will contact the SEC to have SRGE halted.
