so the JV is actually on paper a reality, but exactly as SRGE stated: Southridge and its advisers are currently working hand in hand with Kinross to finalize the remaining documents and agreements in order to execute this new joint partnership for its Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera properties with Kinross.

some finalization of the remaining documents need to be done on order to execute this JV.

SO OFCOURSE KGC CAN OFFICIALLY NOT STATE THAT THE JV IS A REALITY...AS OF YET.
