Rookiecard, if that is a real email from Tom Elliot of the company and they are making a public statement in response to what would be one of the most flagrant lies scams ever and he is doing it without consulting with his Legal Department I would be surprised.

But, if this entire thing is a scam by SRGE! I think that you will see one of the biggest lawsuits and scandals revealed and I think that the SRGE Management would go to jail over this. But that is only IMHO.
