EVP - Richard Henderson
Rick Henderson is an accomplished business executive with over 40 years experience in the telecommunications and information systems industries. He has experience with Fortune 50 companies as well as start-up and early stage companies and he has taken three companies through initial public offerings in 1992, 1995 and 2010. Rick was President of AT&E Corporation (AMEX) an international wireless venture with Seiko Corporation and President of Sprint’s $450M Midwest Division in Chicago from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, Rick was Vice President of GTE’s $1.2B Sprint division in 1985 with over 2000 employees reporting to him and with Xerox Corp. in both the copier and office systems businesses for 14 years where he helped launch technology developed at Xerox PARC such as the Ethernet, the Mouse and the Macintosh computer.
EVP - Ron Meredeith
Ron is well known throughout the technology industry as an integral leader in building Dell’s innovative supply chain model as they experienced hyper-growth. Meredeith provided operations and finance efficiencies in propelling Dell from a USA mid-market company to a Fortune 50, global enterprise. He then helped lead Power Computing to be the fastest growing computer company in history.
CFO - Chris Mitchell
Chris Mitchell spent fourteen years at Dell, Inc. where he held several senior management roles, most recently serving as Director of Finance and Web Analytics of dell.com. He was the Financial Controller of Dell.com. He has extensive leadership expertise and experience, particularly in the technology industry.
CTO – Robert Wesson
Robert B. Wesson, Ph.D., (CTO) has served as CEO of 7 successful start-up companies, including Wesson International, Inc. that merged with Adacel Technologies Ltd. (ADA on ASX or AELTF.PK) to became the world’s preeminent supplier of over $100M worth of air traffic control training simulators to the U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Eurocontrol, and universities around the world; Real Thing Entertainment Ltd., an A.I. company building the world’s first intelligent toy and government-funded speech-to-speech translators; and VoiZapp Inc. that just released eight iPhone apps enabling users to speak with their social media friends using Siri-like speech recognition on Facebook, Twitter, and email.
VP New Media Technology- Alison Savitch
Alison brings great expertise with motion capture to eDoorways and she brings the “best in the business” artistic and technical connections who can convert the nuts and bolts of that motion capture into compelling visual characters who you won’t forget in a lifetime.
VP Business Affairs – Mike Torchia
Michael has created a multi-disciplinary lifestyle conglomerate, the first in its category that focuses on every phase of the lifestyle process, including physical fitness and nutritional solutions.
VP Intelligent Healthcare Division – Precious Mayes
With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, Precious Mayes most recently served as the Chief Development Officer for a $250 Million Sub Acute Hospital and Long term Care Company in California. Mayes successfully increased revenues by over $10 Million with an innovative strategic approach.
VP Strategic Planning and Organization Development - Terry Samaras
Terry is recognized globally as a leadership and organizational development executive. Working with top executives at HSBC, CitiGroup and British Petroleum to name a few, Terry has assisted top organizations in achieving their goals and building businesses ranging from $40 million to $1.5 billion in Capital Value.
Business Development Consultant - Peter Strople
Peter Strople is one of the top Strategic Advisors focusing on Instant Change or what he calls "Focusing on NOW! He utilizes some of the worlds top business, political and thought leaders to help assess strategic and tactical execution plans Instantly! Once validated he can create a base of investment and potentially revenue to continue to sustain the organizations initiatives.
Business Development Consultant - Scott Kurtilla
His 13 years of business development experience began at Amazon.com in1997. He feels very fortunate that part of his job role enabled him to review hundreds of incoming business proposals during the company’s early high-growth years. During this time, he developed a deep passion and skill for identifying promising business models and technologies in their pre-success stages. Since departing Amazon.com in 2002, he has spent his time consulting for several start-ups and mid-sized companies as a business development advisor and strategist. He also served as Director of Acquisition and Subscriber Marketing at SiriusXM Satellite Radio from 2006-2009.
Second, they have the financing necessary to complete the products currently being worked on and take them to the market.
"With the influx of private capital opportunities that have been presented to us, our Board of Director's met last week and have decided to make eDoorways our technology incubator and holding company for a number of newly formed ventures," stated Chris Mitchell, CFO of eDoorways.
Third, they are indeed working on world changing products!
eDoorways primary focus will be comprised of an intelligent user interface, big data aggregation, intelligent agents (avatars), and intelligent hardware. "Among other opportunities, we have already been approached by multiple healthcare organizations who wish to utilize our newly developing technology to increase the access and information to intelligent healthcare," continued Mitchell. "In addition, we have several interested groups in sectors ranging from data, to entertainment, and even a sovereign group who has taken notice of the advanced technology we will be providing."
