We have already showed video of the mines that they claim to be digging up gold at is indeed closed, abandoned and overgrown.

This is all fact and it won't be long before the SEC sends out field investigators and will see this with their own eyes and this stock will get halted and every ones money will get frozen. Let’s not forget that MAGNA has not agreed to anything with this uplisting and that SRGE promised these same things back in 2011 and it just a wash rinse repeat attempt.

Don't be a victim like those that bought back in May 2012 on their first attempt at the mining scam (since their ethanol scam got exposed!)before it crashed back to the trips!

Do your own DD and don't listen to the lies they continue to spew out of the SRGE SCAM HOLE! If you follow the paper trail you will clearly see they don't own anything and the mine is closed. The PR's are all fake!
