You have not provided a single link or proof of your claims that this was going to .20-.30 or that anyone associated with Montavo has stolen your shares, lied to you or cheated you in any way. Reverse splits are a part of business in the capital markets, not just Montavo, there is nothing illegal about them (we may not like them but this is not stealing). At least MTVO has put forth an honest fully diluted share count, how many companies selling you on a P&D would tell you what the current share count is? They have also laid out plans on financing and a business strategy to develop their product and to bring this to market.

If you call doing what he could to keep us out of BK and on track to have a chance, as throwing us under the bus, then I disagree. I believe he and Steven Moore, pulled us out from under the bus. Do you not understand that this is a development stage company with extremely high risks, high capital requirements and no guarantees? He never promised me any such thing, how could he?

You have no clue, prove it. The share structure was revised on advice and mandate by software development company and his management team. All of whom likely hold more shares than he does and whose interests are in helping this company succeed. This is not about self enrichment(by a POS pinkie), otherwise you'd see paid promos costing tens of thousands of dollars and company shares sold with a bloated issued O/S and float. Didn't happen. Do you realize that the Equity Deal, Stephen Moore's compensation and convertible notes are and will be restricted shares? They can't sell the shares for 6 months from issue and aren't considered 504 deals. That is why the float and O/S are so small. That is responsible financing. It gives the company time to enhance value through use of funds from financing.

You're getting a far better shake than his family and friends who supported him from .10-1.00 at the beginning. Your 1 million shares of 3.85 billion fully diluted is quite impressive. You are right, you deserve the red carpet and sole consideration of the company. Good luck with that endeavor.

You got the best reward that you can hope for, a chance for the company to succeed. That is the most any of us can ask for at this time, all of us loyal shareholders even those of us who have been here longer than you.
