At 65,000 it can't be seen and Radar shows very little.
As far as budget I see positives whatever scenario they choose.
Besides Senate already passed a bill 98 /2 to fund the military to the tune of 630 billion, just waiting on house to approve. It's the ace in the hole for the dems and rep against obama. Yes the know they have a Socialist in power and he's going to be kept on a leash. Also look who Sec of State is. Rice LOL.
