The way I see it, they could restrict themselves to issuing a maximum of 1M shares per month starting in July. At $3, they would still raise $18M in 2013 and it would only cost us 6M shares, without putting too much pressure on the stock. A private equity placement would be even better, especially if we don't get much volume in Sweden. In the mean time they can consider a bond deal and implement one or two suggestions from your list.

It can be done. But Solomon needs to take a step away from his business plan and look at the bigger picture.
