A. Who would ever buy them...so without demand they are worthless much like our shares. Especially if management has thrown in the towel on this company or at least the publicly traded portion of it. We would all be under the assumption that management wouldn't want to lose those share... IF, they had a plan. Based on todays actions, they do not.

B. Who says they have enough cash on hand to complete filings??
