Let me get this straight. They are setting up to file all the 10-Ks, sometime in March. They will then submit their application (or have a broker do it) for listing on the OTCBB (again, sometime in March). So, they announce it first in November? And again in Dec.? Because you appear to have the skill to reason these things out, I will ask you, what is the purpose of the PR's in Nov. & Dec. for events planned for in late March? I don't see any logic to it. Why not wait until, at least, the beginning of 2013?
