I'm okay with waiting to see. While I feel today's news does mean the company is advancing (didn't mean to imply otherwise), it just seems like a setback to my expectation of contract announcement before 2013 arrives. I blame myself for once again believing any time frame set by this management team. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson by now. They don't have a very good track record thus far, and I was hoping that would change. I suppose it doesn't matter whether a contract is announced in 2012 or first quarter of 2013. I just wish they'd stop dangling the carrot if they can't follow through in the time frame they announce.

I'll lower my expectation and hopefully will be surprised sometime in 2013 if something does materialize.
