Yes, everyone has proof it is a Pump and Dump.

1. SRGE Gagged the TA

2. SRGE went dark 2 years ago.

3. SRGE hasn't filed any audited financials since 2007.

4. While dark and with a gagged TA SRGE increased A/S by 50% (500,000,000 shares) for a MASS DILUTION.

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck - it must be SRGE doing a PnD.
