Doc, thank you for the rapid response. If I got it right, this means DLT will result in MTD roughly in the spring/early summer.

I now have another question. When safety gave the go ahead to continue Cohort 1 at initial dosing, and begin Cohort 2 at double level, it was discussed here whether Cohort 1 could begin 3rd dose at the double level, if Cohort 2 had already shown good results. If that were to happen, what would happen to tumor sizing in Cohort 1 if they had been dosed at different levels in different time frames? And the same question applied ad infinitum as successive cohorts continued dosing at escalating levels as more results come in.
