In a number of posts the time frame was estimated at 6 months for dosing and completion to DLT around May, maybe June. Each cohort will do follow-up scans for tumor sizing at 2 months, 4 months and 6 months. The final cohort will finish the protocol and final sizing in October, maybe November. The October 2013 end date, I think, assumed a start in October 2012, but the first cohort didn't dose until November.

IMO, we will know a lot, maybe nearly all there is to know that is important, by May/June, the estimated end of dose escalation.
