What possible strategy could be afoot? Great news bustin' out all over - housing starts way up this morning, BofA CEO publicly stating FnF are crucial to the recovery earlier this week. Law suits against 18 banks win summary judgement motions time after time and four, going on five profitable quarters in profit. All other GSE's resolved and closed at a profit and shareholders treated well. Last and certainly not least, volume trending up and need for housing to participate in recovery deemed crucial. And the shares just sit there. Somebody must have insight on why, how, and when.. Is it fantasyland to think we could come out of C-ship in a grand bargain early in the new year?
