Congrats Longs...things are looking up. I did notice one thing in the PR though and it's probably just semantics but:

Cal-Bay International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CBYI) today announced the pending acquisition of the Tire manufacturing company


Anyone notice the word "of" instead of "by"? It's begs the question of who is acquiring who? Anyone else see that?

In the absence of that which is not, that which is, is not.
