IMO, if they are correct and the way the quote is worded, various other terror groups either indirectly or unrelated to those mentioned (and those that politically cannot be classified in those mentioned categories); i.e. the Haqqani network, AQ Iraq, AQAP, AQNA, ansar al sharia, etc.
