Tom Jackholm was the CFO & maybe the Secretary of MWR, I have no idea …
He held that posting for sometime and all of a sudden Albert Wu took that position and compensation for what Tom used to do ...but Tom is still with us under salary
We have an AGM coming up and I want folks to really think about our BOD ...not just our President but the Governors of our Daily Trust
It stated clearly in the last notice to Shareholders prior to the AGM January 27, 2012 that Jackholm was the “former” CFO....Has anyone ever had any dealings with this individual ...has anyone ever spoken to him or Mr Wu ...
I have emailed Bruce Olivier and received a quick response...I appreciated that but the question to all of the Shareholders is, what are these individuals on "our" payroll doing for us ...how are they involved in the decision making and where is this company headed under their direction.
Back to Tom Jackholm for instances ...I really don't know what his current duties are ...or that of Bruce for that matter, I asked more than a year ago if anyone had seen or heard of a Company Constitution or Rules of Order or Policy Document, outside of the Commissions mandate ...and I got ziltch, nada ...not a responses from anyone
It's very disconcerting to me that our Company has spent close to 20 MILLION dollars of Shareholder and Private Placement money to sustain this companies tenure in the Market Place so to speak and yet you and I do not even know what these guys look like., outside of a recent picture of Brent, Jorge and Torres...is there a biography or picture of any of them, anywhere , is there any background, education or expertise ...Are they just there because they brought money to the table or do they know anything, do they know litigation, do they have "any expertise", do any of them know anything about mining , do they know what Mountainstar Gold Inc has as its future goals or mission statement, do they ever get together or are the Board hearings done by conference call …
This Company hasn't even been able to state to it's shareholders if in fact MSXgold.com is sanctioned as the official site of Mountainstar Gold Inc. Wouldn't that be a wonderful start...and a great place for the aforementioned...
What future does this company have with this Board of Directors, or is everyone hanging onto the coat tales of “that guy” who say that we are on the verge of owning part of a piece of land in the Andes, a pasture in Montana, an underwater treasure in Juneau or the hidden riches of some dead Fitzgerald character who has out witted even the most savvy lawyers hired by our President and BOD
I call all of this unacceptable, This Company needs leadership in the worst way, We need some transparency, we need solid direction from our BOD and we need Results. I believe we need answers, yes answered before another dollar is wasted on this Management, this Company, this Joint Venture
