Yes of course that would be logical step. If you already have proven reserves and know you will hit oil, you would want somewhere to dispose of the Salt Water 1st, then you don't have to pay someone to haul. Cuts down on truck traffic too.

A likely scenario would be that they got their funding, this year, because of the location and proven reserves, then drilled the SWD or used an already dry well(if that is possible) collect the oil and no need to waste any more money on hauling away.

Just my logic/ opinion.

Personally,I find it very prudent not to waste money on SEC filings until it is required. How many people or companies pay taxes before they have to, same thing with filings.
