LMAO, great business plan. Spend the money to drill SWD wells. Run out of money for a few years, fail to file SEC documents, tell investors for years you now have money to file.

Who drills SWD first?

Drill the oil and let the revenues flow, pay to haul off the water to disposal wells.

This makes no sence to drill SWD wells first! Face it they drilled DRY HOLES!
