Rick is the Chairman of the Sanswire board. He is not on the board of GlobeTel. Rick has always served as the spokesperson for Sanswire and now that the board has been seated, he is to serve one year terms as the COB, unless removed by the Board. (at least that is what his agreement says...) :>)

Never been nor invited to be on the GTE board. Was issued an invitation to
the Sanswire Board (wholly owned subsidiary of GTEL). They haven't closed
the deal with any compensation nor have they stood up the board yet. I'm in
a standby mode, busy with other projects. Contact GTEL directly for
information.
