Great post Royal...

I concur to the letter. I too have a great deal on the table. The reasons you point out on your post is why I stopped posting and went on with my life as a daytrader and I do and will not allow this to occupy my every thought.

I have learned a few lessons and i must admit way back (2007-2008) I got caught up and spent most of my productive days fixated on this one play. That is something i had never done before. I remembered the first rule of trading..."never marry a stock". I did listen to that rule for several months. Then one day I looked at my daily trade activity for a sixty day period and realized that my production had become anemic and I was actually loosing opportunities because I was too focused on this one play.

I feel this way; we will either prosper and not with WMIH. If retail traders (R/T) are banking your retirement on this play, R/T's may be disappointed. If R/T's are downing antacid like peez then perhaps it is time for the R/T's to cut their loses and move on. If on the other hand, you the R/T's are able to dis-engage from the drama like several on here(Royal, DG,Fsshon, voo) have been able to do then perhaps the windfall may appear in your account.

As retail traders and daytreaders the details are out of our hands. What we can control is how we continue to drive our investments.

My thoughts...
