The counsel of record for FARE/World Moto is GTLaw.com (per otcmarkets.com), in Sacramento.

The lead partner in that office is ex Corporation Finance (check out their website).

I sent her a copy of the spam this morning and asked her if Hormel (HRL) was planning to make an offer her client couldn't refuse. HRL makes spam.

My guess is she is unaware of the spam.
