I have not seen any proof of your allegations nor do I have reason to believe a single individuals perception. I post my personal opinion based on my own DD and do not make trading decisions off of heresay. I believe SRGE is legit. I have followed them for over 7 years and yes they had a shady past back in the Alex Smid days... but those days are long gone and I have seen them follow through and am satisfied with their progress... not the interpretation of their progress by others, but my own interpretation.
