Kate... I would encourage you to ask yourself the following about SRGE...

1. If a company attempting to establish itself and spend its valued time and funds on company growth has its TA gagged... why wouldn't they? Isnt it more important that they spend their efforts and CASH furthering the progress of the company itself rather than pay hard earned funds to compensate their TA for taking a myriad of phone calls and emails from investors as though the TA is an answering service?

2. Is it not the sign of a reputable company who chose to enter into an industry of renewable fuels and changed direction as they forsaw that their opportunity was limited to and as a result they decided to "delist themselves" in order to enter into a new venture of metals exploration?

3. Again, why spend hard earned money on filing "audited" financials when its not a requirement for their current trading status and those funds can be better utilized invested into more tangible fundamental progress rather than share holder sentiment? Shareholder sentiment not backed by fundamental progress is the definition of P&D. When the fundamentals create excessive financial progress... thats the time you spend cash on audited financials and the fundamentals support the uplisting at that point... not before.

4. Is it not the sign of a reputable company to engage other partners who are experts to assist them in an uplist NOW for when the time is right in the future, and to improve their legal representation in that process... also knowing that capital spending is critical and so getting the largest bang for their buck is a wise dicision? How many Penny Stocks do you know that can afford Goldman or JP?

And FINALLY... is it not wise to spend your valued time researching through all avenues of a stock you plan on investing in, or would you rather spend your valued time on companies you plan not to invest in???????

SRGE continues to follow through with everything they have said they would for the last 4 months... key months in their establisment as a reputable long term company imo. Current on financials, paid dividend which I personally did receive... They were not always that way as I lost a lot of money on these folks 6 years ago... but I am a long and will continue to support their progress until "they" give me reason to believe otherwise and I would encourage you to do the same. Just my humble opinion ma'am.
