Guys, you will get nowhere with the BOD as they are busy with their spin off company (I am sure with better tech than they sold off)
Something I tell people all the time is that if you want "someone" to take care of you, you better be prepared to take care of yourself just in case that "someone" never shows up.

No one is showing up to take care of 340,000,000 shares.
