It would be nice if the C/E actually meant something, but it doesn't. OTCMarkets is a for-profit company and not a regulator. The C/E means nothing - it doesn't seem to slow these promotions and pump and dumps one bit. OTCmarkets makes a lot of money off these companies, and they clearly don't rock the boat as that will harm their bottom line.

Try calling Coulson on a company that pays him to post obviously bogus and fraudulent financial statements to further their illegal actions and see what he says.
