My comment about Anita was not direct enough. Sorry about that. IMO Glenn has been moving like a one armed paper hanger for some weeks. At the speed I perceive he is moving I don't think a Director could interject much. And the crucial issue is the 2012 aerostat target hinted in the last 10-Q. Maybe he likes the challenge of a tough deadline, I don't know. Based on buzz they do have every reason to be excited. But close only matters in horseshoes and nuclear weapons. And there is no contract but a signed contract.

And some contract officers play with you. All of a sudden sole source goes to competitive bidding. It isn't fair but it is lucrative so you tell yourself to shut up and keep fighting. That is what I see Glenn doing right now. IMO, as a staff, they are DoD amateurs with a great product. That usually works out. After a couple of contracts you aren't an amateur anymore. If I were Anita I am not sure I would caution Glenn--let him have his head--maybe the horse is about to sing!

I make no excuses for lack of accountability--on a Board of Directors or this board. My statement about Anita was not global but about the past few weeks. And I do recognize they have overpromised in the past. But they are playing make it or break it right now IMO. It is interesting to watch. IJO.
