I am almost sure a CA was signed up to 4 wweks ago, as no Co.(SRGE)would enter into negotiations and allow a look of the Co.(SRGE) Finacials without it.So signed CA was on the books . The deal is just being finalized, as 4 weeks would have been plenty of time to pull out by suitor if all was not condusive to a deal.And such would have been reported by now.
