Uh, do you know the requirements for uplisting??? If you did you wouldn't have made that post.

So, you think SRGE can uplist without audited financials.

As far as uplisting that is a SRGE fantasy as it requires filing a Form 10. Full bios of directors and officers. Audited financials plus Industry Guide 7 compliance. All of the detailed share structure/capitalization information.

Also, SRGE has to become current and file audited financials from the missing years - which is 5 full years now.
