Some questions if I may:

Were most of the questions compiled by Chipper posed to management?

Did sharholders seriously challenge and confront management for their missteps esp. wrt the handling of settlement with RJR?if there is nothing more to the settlement then was the 'confidentiality agreement' a smoke screen? I.e. why not just come straight out and say this is all there is to settlement as opposed to misleading investors into believing there is something more by invoking the confidentiality agreement? Were they too embarrased to admit to it so they opted to drag it out - which did not help the pps but did allow JW to justify buying in at $1 per share to halt the collapse of the stock.

Any clarity on GnC sales, margins, when they are booked, etc?
