It's not the mergers I am worried about, it's the possibility of a reverse split that bothers me. Reverse splits seem to be the rave these days with penny stocks. I hope Auci delays going this route until their stock price appreciates over a penny.0, if possible.

Auci seems to be on a news release rampage , so I guess we will hear from them soon
