I would expect no comment if the merger just didn't happen. Maybe at the final hour a party backed out and the company doesn't want to put out that PR. But they publicly stated that the merger concluded and was not postponed. Now if the merger did not happen I assume someone lied and fraud is involved because they put out a pr that the merger concluded. This is my opinion of course but would like to hear someone else's take.

Lets get tax loss season past and see y'all in January. Maybe they're waiting for the new year anyway. They need to promote the stock BEFORE DILUTING FOR BUSINESS NEEDS
