Being in business myself, I know company's can have situations happen beyond there control such as needing to get new legal team, at probably the worst possible time. I find it funny many folks can not see crap happens and you move toward to te best of your ability. Seems like junk always happens when you do not need it to.
IMO shareholders are in Todd position right now.
