SRGE Press Releases - WTH!!!!

How many public companies issue a press release to say they have entered into a Confidentiality Agreement? I don't know any other public companies who have done this - PRWeb would be crushed if all companies who signed a CA issues a press release - completely Bogus.

How many companies issues a PR to say there is a PR coming out the following week?

SRGE says in a PR that,

Southridge Minerals Hires NY-Based Magna Group To Expedite OTCBB Up-Listing..... Magna has also has committed up to $5,000,000 in capital funding for the Company upon completion of the up-listing process.

But Magna says in a email that they have no business relationship with SRGE - how did they commit to $5 million if there is no relationship? Just more of the pump and dump campaign.

But they have yet to name the legal firm!!!

And the most egregious act is actually NOT issuing a press release. SRGE increases the A/S by 50% (500,000,000 shares) but doesn't have a press release for that until it was posted on iHub.

SRGE is a press release company not a mining company.
