Isn't this company a Suspatcha Resources retread? Same scheme, some of the same players at one time but a few new faces and a few twists to cover up their tracks, but in substance, the same exact ploy.

And for what it's worth, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a pink sheet claiming an uplisting effort, unsolicited bid and a dividend to follow. It's been used so many times you would think people would have caught on by now.

Guess not.
