Being a new free member I am posting here for anyone who could provide assistance for the following:

DD.

I can quickly see that penny stocks and it's environs are chock full of misinformation, lies etc. I assume that this extends to places where one might go to do their "due diligence fact finding". Is there a trusted and understandable source for investigating a companies authenticity outside of sec filings. I find those not entirely understandable someitimes. Or perhaps a way to learn how to understand them?

I purchased a stock FRCN and lost money (I know big surprise). Has this ticker come up on anyone's radar here as a "pump a dump" diluting factory?
