I guarantee SRGE will not file any audited financials!!!

But, if they do it will be using some shady company that either can't be found or has a history of auditing pump and dumps.

As far as uplisting that is a SRGE fantasy as it requires filing a Form 10. Full bios of directors and officers. Audited financials plus Industry Guide 7 compliance. All of the detailed share structure/capitalization information.
