Couple questions...

If the float is on 444K then it could be locked up for around 20K. Heck it traded the float yesterday. Wonder why with that volume it did not move more?

Why is the company doing an offering at .80 a share. Who would buy those when you can buy shares on the open market for .05. Unless the company sees the stock price making a major upward move?
