Silver, Not sure why you are so concerned about the Option Agreement...

"It's simply a vehicle to be steered in the right direction when it needs its projectory adjusted."

One adjustment has been made to the benefit of both parties and in my opinion if it needs to be readdressed it will ...simply and effective way for Jorge and Brent to do business together without the straight-jack approach, which can lead to failure !!
