I called Michael Bongiovanni just now and his line was busy. So the easiest way for us to reach him is sending him the emails.
This is the email I sent to him:

"We are investors of China Technology Global and have made big investments in China Technology and China Pharmaceuticals. We called the officials of China Tech. and were told that you are the auditor of both companies and that you guys are unable to deliver the audited financials. We would to know why the financials is not yet release. We need to know the truth. You guys are being well known of late filing, the same case was happened to China Pharmaceuticals where it released its financials late. It is disappointing that you are still not able to provide financials. We will ask for compensation by legal way if you make the company delist."

I think the email may give some pressure to him and hope it works. Let's try. Whatever, this is the only thing we can do now.
