sadly you are likely correct! uplisted to otcqb and yet they're permitted to restrict the t/a from giving us the current o/s. the community of Hurst needs to be aware of these crooks and their scam on investors.

my opinion. my position, 2,000,000 shares i'm currently down 82% and would advise anyone considering a position to carefully do your due diligence
