I don't think this helps but I wouldn't be shocked to see them get killed on the vote and I wouldn't be surprised to see them get a favorable vote either. HEB has mismanaged this drug for so long, but anything is possible. I do feel this is the best their chances have looked as the new FDASIA enacted in July bodes well for them.
