Although I dont know the details, barrick has been trying everything to acquire the property to get the mine going, they have failed every time.

Why do you think barrick has not sued msx yet, THEY CANT because they know they are in hot water here for fraud

Its like saying we have it all for 17 years hoping to get it, now the clock is ticking against barrick for sure
