Hey Loop.

I understand your frustration. These are some rough times trying to sort all of this market and the economy out.

I only want to add one thing here. Buckeye the small farming town I live in Arizona has a small population. But yet is the 3rd largest city in Arizona area size. Before Wal-Mart showed up the town was about to dry up and blow away.

Wal-Mart came in here and put up a distribution center. The wages they pay where unheard of in this area before they arrived for unskilled labor.

Starting salaries are close to $13 an hour now whether you can speak English or not. With in a year of employment the salary can can go easily to $14 to $15 an hour.

This little town now is in a boom growing and building like crazy.

Now maybe your talking about store wages but all retail is that way now a days.
