The share structure is locked and maxed until July 1, 2014. The only buyers and sellers are current shareholders. There's nothing available from the company.

The share price can trade at whatever price it likes, and it makes no difference to $BCAP with respect to funding itself, for better or worse.

Matt has usually been untimely for various reasons, but he eventually delivers. My general rule of thumb was to add 4-6 weeks to his estimates.
